After meeting up with Anthony and the others at the Exam Center, Samus discovers a Zebesian with cyborg characteristics.
The team then learns about the Federation's biological-weapon development program and the person in charge of it, Madeline Bergman. Shortly thereafter, a violent, unidentified creature attacks.
Having been saved from certain death by a blast from Anthony's plasma gun, Samus regroups with the soldiers, who have found Lyle's corpse. Afterward, Samus finds the cast-off skin of the small creature she had seen earlier.
Samus receives a new order from Adam to follow the wounded creature and investigate Sector 3.

Nintendo 3DS XL / Huh No Second Circle Pad? Is that really a bad thing?

So Nintendo has recently announced a new version of their Nintendo 3DS system called the 3DS XL. The 3DSXL has 90% larger screens and will come with a 4 gigabyte SD card instead of a 2 gigabyte SD card. Other then that their are no other changes, which has caused some people to complain as they wanted a second circle pad, but would that really made things better? In my opinion, no not really. The only thing I could think that it would improove is letting left handed people play differently, but will it help them, I don't think so. Those that choose this method will be forced to use a D-pad in place of the 4 face buttons, which I don't think would be as good. Also people have been using the current method since the NES era, and I don't think it's that big a deal, are left handed people really at that big a disavantage?

Nintendo has said that they had no plans to change the current design of the 3DS and this isn't a redesign, it's just larger screens. People just act so spoiled when it comes to video games.

My thoughts on the Kid Icarus Uprising Controls

I have heard that some people disliked the controls used for Kid Icarus Uprising, saying that they would of preferred using to circle pads instead and didn't like that it wasn't even an option.Nintendo has said that such a control method wouldn't work with the game but didn't go into why.

Well, I'm here to give you my thoughts on the matter.

When thinking about alternate control methods you have to incorporate everything you can do from the main method into it and make it work. The problem is I don't believe the touch screen controls would translate without modification to the game play. You see the touch screen does two important things at the same time, it not only aims your weapon but it also turns Pit, the faster and farther you slide the stylus on the touch screen make Pit turn much faster, this method is much faster then I see in other games. Since enemies can come from you at all sides you need to turn quickly at times and I do not believe a second circle pad would be fast enough, and even if they did make it fast enough it would make it harder to aim. Using the stylus I am able to turn towards the enemy and fire at them very easily allowing for a greater thrill.

In all I think the controls for Kid Icarus Uprising is the best choice allowing for less aiming time, and those who are saying they want a second circle pad to use instead would just end up making the game much more harder and end up just frustrated at it instead.

 Re-Looking At Nintendo's Performance At E3, Did They Really Fail?

Well Nintendo has disappointed many at E3 this year, but what happened to make so many gamers upset? If you've been following my blog you may of read my list of things I wanted to see their, well I'm going to use that list to see if I can truly be disappointed with Nintendo.

New Super Mario Brothers 2 and New Super Mario Brothers U were shown in all their glory. This is one of the things I wanted to be shown, which I already knew was going to be shown, but it was a shock when they revealed that both were sidescrollers.I was expecting one of them to be a 3D Mario adventure, which made me a little disappointed, but I guess I can't be to upset since we recently had that Mario 3D adventure on the 3DS in Super Mario 3D Land.

The Legend of Zelda – Return To Hyrule (Fan Fiction) Introduction

It happened a long time ago, we the people of Hyrule lived in peace, protected by the kind and just rule of the royal family. Life was great with the bountiful harvests we were blessed with each year, the calming breeze that blew across the land was a gentle one that seemed to show the peaceful days ahead, that is until that one wind.

One morning a harsh, overpowering wind blew in all directions. We should have known something was going to happen, but since that wind went as quickly as it came we didn’t bother with it, but that night when all the kids were asleep, it began.

I awoke that night to the sounds of people running outside, the people of Kakariko Village seemed to be in a panic. The all kept looking in one direction and when I looked I saw an eerie red glow coming from the north east, the direction of North Castle Town. I then saw my father outside the house and I called to him with worry in my voice. He turned to me with a feared look in his face, but it quickly turned to a smile, but I could tell he was forcing it to try and calm me down because his eyes were still full of dread. He told me that he and some other swordsmen in the village were going to go assist the people of North Castle Town, and that I should go back to the bed I’ll be back in a few days. He turned away from me and said the line I will never forget, “Don’t do anything hasty, protect your mom and friends, but never give up your own life.”

Those were the last words he ever told me…

I couldn’t get to sleep that night as I watch the eerie glow afar, my father was there. Why was he and other swordsmen sent there? Are they fighting something? These questions roamed in my head while the glow seemed to spread to the castle itself.

When the sun finally rose the next morning, it seemed that the glow had diminished quite a bit, however ominous dark clouds swirled around North Castle Town. Soon I felt a pain in my heart and I knew something was wrong; it seemed my mother could sense it as well. It was then I knew my father wasn’t coming back.

It was later told to us children that the castle had fallen and monsters were starting to appear outside the village. Even though we children were scared the elders only smiled and said not to worry, the hero of legend will surely come to are aid. This story of a legendary hero was hard for some to believe, but since all the notable elders kept telling of the story during this time, even the grownups were able to settle down.

One night however, I was awoken being carried in my mother’s arms. Behind us I saw are village on fire. She told me to try and stay calm; I didn’t know what was going on so I just hung to my mother tightly. We started wondering around Hyrule, but whenever we got someplace we would soon have to leave. The monster army seemed to attack wherever we went. After running around for what seemed like weeks, we and other people who joined us fled to the desert and left Hyrule behind.

After going through the desert for a few days we came across a canyon with many caves in its walls, at the bottom of this canyon was a river. Everyone was tired and couldn’t run anymore, so they decided to build a new home here. It was tough, the wind was harsh, but we were alive.

And that my children, is the story of how we left are home in Hyrule and became the Desert Refugees.

ChibiKage89 uploading many videos to youtube

Recently I've been posting a bunch of videos to my youtube account http://www.youtube.com/user/ChibiKage89 about 3 videos a day for the past 4 days. That's a lot of videos. There all pretty short and just me doing random things, most off the top of my head.

Maybe you'll like these videos, or just put a smile on your face for a brief moment. You can check out the videos below ordered from oldest at the top to newest at the bottom, hopefully if I managed to post this right.

Another thing is that I shot all these videos in one night. How did I manage that you ask. Well I was in a crazy mood and managed to get to my camera and record this stuff.  So I shot 29 videos in a few hours, and since it was done so quick the quality isn't the best.

Now some of them haven't been uploaded, I've read online that you should space out the amount of videos you upload to youtube. So I still have a few videos to upload in the following days. Also I skipped uploading some of the videos that I deemed not as interesting or I wanted to upload other videos first before I upload those.
