Another Mario Odyssey Tale 1 - A Giant Problem In New Donk City

The crazies thing happened during my recent trip to New Donk City in the Metro Kingdom, a Giant Mario appeared out of no where. He didn't seem like he was trying to hurt people, in fact he was quite careful not to.

Understandably the people were in a panic, and so the army was called in.

General Mario; "Alright giant, state your intentions!"

Giant Mario; "I'm not a giant, at least I didn't want to be. I was just an ordinary Mario an hour ago."

The Giant Mario explained that he was out for a walk when a mysterious Mario gave him a mushroom and after eating said mushroom grew into a Giant Mario.

Since the Giant Mario wasn't causing any problems since he appeared, General Mario decided he would have his army help the Giant Mario and get him out of the city to a place where he and other's would be safe.

Another Mario Odyssey Tale 1 - A Giant In New Donk CityGiant Mario was soon relocated to the Cascade Kingdom where no one would get harmed until Giant Mario can be returned to normal.

As for the mysterious Mario who gave him the mushroom, his whereabouts are currently unknown. An artist rendering has been distributed all around the Metro Kingdom.

The Adventures Of ChibiKage - Prologue - A Boy Is Born

The Adventures Of ChibiKage - Prologue - A Boy Is Born

Once upon a time in a distant far off land, far from the realm of what we know as reality, lies a land known as the Chibi Kingdom. The people who lived here were somewhat like other races across the world but much different at the same time. The creatures of this land are what are known as Chibi versions of creatures from other lands and races.

The people as well as all creatures of this land are measured in not only height but head height as well. Their physical height is of all sizes. Some are small enough to fit in a bottle while others are as big as giants. Whatever the size is however none of them go over 4 heads tall.

Since Chibi's consist of all races and creatures the Chibi Kingdom is fill with all sorts of magic and technologies. The Chibi's use their abilities to help one another as they are a very friendly by nature as well as curious enough to get them into all sorts of trouble. Life for the Chibi's are full of fun and surprise.

In one corner of the kingdom a Chibi with unusual powers is born, unusual even for a Chibi. This Chibi could do all sorts of things, it was like the laws of the universe did not apply to him. Of course their were restrictions, he could do it only without thinking. If he wanted to shoot a fire ball he couldn't but at other times we he was just doing he could. The mages were confused about his powers and could not explain them very well.

"It's like he could only use his powers when he's oblivious to the fact that he can't actually do them." Said one mage.
"but it doesn't make sense?" said another.
"Perhaps one day he will come to understand his powers and be able to put them to use?"
"But if he has to be oblivious to them then wouldn't when he gets older to understand them, won't his powers become weaker?"

The wise mages went on for what seemed like forever but could not figure out how these powers worked beyond the by having to be oblivious to them in some way.

Many of years later and the boy is now the age of 13 and is also much more aware of the world, and as the mages have said his powers have gotten weaker. It's around this age where children his age would go off in search of their place in life if they have not found it yet, and the boy is about to set off on an adventure of his own, but he would not be going alone, for his inner child, the part of him that would always be oblivious to the world had taken on a life of his own and would follow him on his adventure since they were also one and the same.

Before the boy left he had gone to the wise mages of the town he lived in and received a magical amulet which gave him the power of speech which he was never able to talk before. Although this allow the boy to speak his inner child still could not.

It was now time for the boy to leave home and go on an adventure like no other as he was able to master one ability, the ability that no one else in the kingdom could do as easily as him. He could travel to different dimensions and realities. It would normally take many a wizards to do that.

The boy waved goodbye to his family and friends and has set off for what could possibly be the greatest adventure ever.

The Legend of Zelda – Return To Hyrule (Fan Fiction) Introduction

The Legend of Zelda – Return To Hyrule (Fan Fiction) Introduction
Zelda Return To Hyrule Title

It happened a long time ago, we the people of Hyrule lived in peace, protected by the kind and just rule of the royal family. Life was great with the bountiful harvests we were blessed with each year, the calming breeze that blew across the land was a gentle one that seemed to show the peaceful days ahead, that is until that one wind.

One morning a harsh, overpowering wind blew in all directions. We should have known something was going to happen, but since that wind went as quickly as it came we didn’t bother with it, but that night when all the kids were asleep, it began.

I awoke that night to the sounds of people running outside, the people of Kakariko Village seemed to be in a panic. The all kept looking in one direction and when I looked I saw an eerie red glow coming from the north east, the direction of North Castle Town. I then saw my father outside the house and I called to him with worry in my voice. He turned to me with a feared look in his face, but it quickly turned to a smile, but I could tell he was forcing it to try and calm me down because his eyes were still full of dread. He told me that he and some other swordsmen in the village were going to go assist the people of North Castle Town, and that I should go back to the bed I’ll be back in a few days. He turned away from me and said the line I will never forget, “Don’t do anything hasty, protect your mom and friends, but never give up your own life.”

Those were the last words he ever told me…

I couldn’t get to sleep that night as I watch the eerie glow afar, my father was there. Why was he and other swordsmen sent there? Are they fighting something? These questions roamed in my head while the glow seemed to spread to the castle itself.

When the sun finally rose the next morning, it seemed that the glow had diminished quite a bit, however ominous dark clouds swirled around North Castle Town. Soon I felt a pain in my heart and I knew something was wrong; it seemed my mother could sense it as well. It was then I knew my father wasn’t coming back.

It was later told to us children that the castle had fallen and monsters were starting to appear outside the village. Even though we children were scared the elders only smiled and said not to worry, the hero of legend will surely come to are aid. This story of a legendary hero was hard for some to believe, but since all the notable elders kept telling of the story during this time, even the grownups were able to settle down.

One night however, I was awoken being carried in my mother’s arms. Behind us I saw are village on fire. She told me to try and stay calm; I didn’t know what was going on so I just hung to my mother tightly. We started wondering around Hyrule, but whenever we got someplace we would soon have to leave. The monster army seemed to attack wherever we went. After running around for what seemed like weeks, we and other people who joined us fled to the desert and left Hyrule behind.

After going through the desert for a few days we came across a canyon with many caves in its walls, at the bottom of this canyon was a river. Everyone was tired and couldn’t run anymore, so they decided to build a new home here. It was tough, the wind was harsh, but we were alive.
Sahasrahla

And that my children, is the story of how we left are home in Hyrule and became the Desert Refugees.
