THE LEGEND OF ZELDA – A LINK TO
THE PAST
Originally introduced in The Legend Of
Zelda - A Link To The Past, Sahasrahla is the elder of Kakariko
Village in said game and also helps you out in many places throughout
your adventure.
After rescuing Princess Zelda from
evil Wizard Agahnim and bringing her to the Sanctuary, you are told
to search out Sahasrahla in Kakariko Village because his knowledge
will be of use to you in your quest. But when you do get there you
learn that he has fled far to the east. Once you finally catch up to
him he tells Link to get a Pendent from the nearby dungeon to prove
his worth.
When Link returns with the Pendant,
Sahasrahla tells Link what to do. He must gather the other two
Pendants so he may claim the mystical Master Sword so he may be able
to defeat the evil Wizard Agahnim.
While Link travels across Hyrule he
comes across stone tablets that let's him talk telepathicly to
Sahasrahla. He will give Link advise and hints on what to do.
In all I like this character and wish
him to return in future Zelda games, which is why I decided to put
him in my fanfic. The name also looks pretty cool, I have to say
looks cool because I don't actually know how to pronounce it.
